1. Membership & Service:
By applying on this portal, you become a member of the Conduccion International Association (CIA). We provide certified translation services as per the 1949/1968 UN Conventions.
2. Legal Status:
CIA is a private association. We are not a government body or RTO. Our document is a Certified Translation of your domestic license and must always be carried along with your original physical Indian Driving License.
3. User Responsibility:
* You must provide a valid and original domestic driving license.
* You must ensure that you are not using this document for any illegal activities.
4. Instant Fulfillment:
Upon payment, the digital translation is issued instantly. You agree that the service is delivered the moment the digital copy is available on your dashboard.
5. Limitation of Liability:
CIA is not responsible for any traffic violations, accidents, or legal issues faced by the member in foreign countries. Acceptance of the translation is subject to local laws and private rental company policies.
6. Jurisdiction:
Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
