Guarantees and Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service (No-Refund Policy):
Conduccion International Association (CIA) provides Instant Digital Translation and Facilitation Services. Since the digital certified copy of the International Driving Permit (IDP) is generated and delivered to the member’s dashboard immediately upon successful payment, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders:
Once an application is submitted and the digital document is issued, the service is considered “Consumed.” Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund requests will be entertained after the digital delivery has taken place.
3. Accuracy of Information:
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant/member to provide accurate data (Name, Date of Birth, License Number, etc.). CIA will not be liable for any errors or typos made by the applicant. Any request for modification after the document is generated will be treated as a Re-issuance Request and will incur a fresh service fee.
4. Physical Membership Kit:
The fee includes the cost of a Premium Membership Card and the International Translation Booklet, including customized printing and global shipping. Once the physical kit is dispatched, no returns or refunds are applicable.
5. Exceptional Cases:
Refunds will only be processed under the following specific conditions:
* Duplicate Payment: If the customer is charged more than once for the same application due to a technical/payment gateway glitch.
* System Failure: If the system fails to generate the digital document even after a successful transaction.
* Note: Such cases must be reported to info@drivinginternationalassociation.com within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
